Vitamin T is seeking an Account Exec for an agency that will be key to supporting the account team in driving projects and key initiatives forward to help create world famous brands. The Account Executive role assists with the day-to-day management of projects , partnering with teams across our organization to achieve stated goals and objectives. Our AE’s primarily assist with delivering a variety of initiatives, from 360° engagement programs to commercial tools. In addition, oversight of timelines, budgets, and estimates along with total project ownership is critical to success. Finally, the AE will learn our business from the ground floor with a clear-cut career path and tremendous opportunity for individual growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supports account team on all types of projects, ranging from 360° engagement programs to commercial tools.
• Provides direction to creative and production via standard forms (briefs, change orders, production turnovers) and communicates project milestones to all relevant cross-functional team members
• Sets up meetings, includes the correct people, provides accurate agendas and precise, actionable meeting notes.
• Develops and manages project timelines and budgets
• Facilitates communication with vendors and internal/external partners
• Responsible for weekly internal & client project status reports
• Financial management including opening job numbers, estimating time and costs, cost-to-date tracking, scope creep identification
• Maintains knowledge of industry trends by monitoring relevant competitive activity
• Supports Account Supervisor in development/application of objectives, strategies, background and competitive activity
• Plays an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships

• Demonstrates original thinking and brings ideas forward related to projects and workflow
