PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for managing the international production through to delivery of CRM (customer
relationship management) and data capture campaigns. The position is equally responsible for the
management and implementation of promotional programs on the local portal sites. The person will
coordinate with divisional clients & production teams on specific online campaigns and provide support and
management of discreet projects.
Team on implementing enhancements to the portals sites to help meet the goals of the local divisions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Campaign Management and Newsletter Production
o Works with regional clients and US Production team to obtain and manage assets and
o Works with newsletter vendors on the creation and direction of campaign management
o Oversees the execution and delivery of campaigns, including post-campaign reporting
o Responsible for understanding and using the Aprimo tool database to segment activity for CRM
and communicate the data profile for countries.
o Manage site updates, providing up-to-date reports on site content, deliverables and future
o Works with US team on asset acquisition and vendor on regular updates
o Monitors portals to maintain that they are up-to-date with studio initiatives
o Oversees the cost/schedule and implementation improvements and functionality changes when
o Responsible for portal maintenance, development and enhancement of the processes and
systems, working with WBADS team in the US.
o Disseminates relevant information to WBADS in the US with regards to Brand and Portal
requirements and requests.
Pitches in new production & best practices to all clients around Europe.
Manages online project/campaigns and product development by creating detailed specification and
schedule documentation. Logging and tracking of projects from Order Request through to billing
approval and invoicing.
Manage and maintain the production status report so that full status is always available.
Responsible for understanding and using the GREG (Global Registration) internal tool and assisting in
the implementation of updates and training.
Assist in the set up and send of HTML & dynamic newsletters to European country databases through
the email marketer send tool.
Responsible for working with the local divisions on the realisation of programming and promotional
campaigns on the EMEA local portals.
Assists in the training and management of external/divisional EMEA portal editors, supporting their
account set-up and knowledge transfer.
Participates as a team member to meet milestones and deliverables.
Establishes strong working relationships within the organisation (i.e. business services and team
members from Technology, Creative Services and outside Vendors etc.) to facilitate International
Track and report on capacity of all production work on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Availability & flexibility is required for work across several time zones.
JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Educated to degree level or equivalent preferred.
Extensive experience of Internet development with project management experience for high-profile

Must be client-focused and able to demonstrate experience in participating in developing client-driven
