Spanish/Portuguese Digital Marketing Manager

Aquent is looking for a SPANISH OR PORTUGUESE SPEAKING (fluent/native) Digital Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 company in Seattle, WA.

This seasoned and creative digital marketing leader will be delivering best in class digital marketing experiences across all platforms and screens for Latin America. This job contributes to the organizational success by defining the strategic direction of digital campaigns to achieve company financial and business objectives for markets in Latin America.

Candidates should be passionate about the potential for digital to achieve business objectives by meeting customer objectives. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated history of synthesizing data and insights to develop successful digital marketing strategies across channels. Your success and experience planning and executing highly targeted digital marketing campaigns for a consumer brand will set you apart from the field. Candidates should have broad-based experience in the evaluation, optimization, and application of digital technologies and media including paid / promoted advertising, earned / social media, and digital reporting and analytics. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, annual operating plans, and to lead teams to deliver on that vision is a mandatory.

Specifically, this role will manage the relationships with our in market teams supporting regional and local digital campaigns. This role requires experience in creating impactful customer-facing digital programs in support of a global digital strategy, and understanding how to bring together customer experiences within the brand. Candidates should have specific expertise in managing digital marketing for a global brand. Additionally, candidates should have experience in providing direction and consulting with regional and local marketing teams to execute campaigns on behalf of the organization.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Contributes to digital marketing plans including strategies, campaign plans, strategic partnerships and key digital experiences/content to be developed.
- Regional priorities: Communicates marketing activities with other business units, global teams and local teams on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives. Ensures that established processes are communicated, understood and followed by key stakeholders.
- ROI modeling: Develop and tracks appropriate metrics including planning, forecasting and business analysis, to drive digital planning and strategies.
- Training for digital marketers: manages active training calendar for region and provides feedback to global team on certification/training programs; and/or specific regional needs for training
- Regional agency liaison: primary point of contact for regional digital agencies. Develop relationships with digital agencies supporting markets. Conduct brand immersions when possible.
- Regional creative governance: periodically review and coach on creative work (with support from global creative teams) to elevate and enrich the online brand experience.

• Creates annual digital marketing plan including specific engagement strategies, key digital experiences/content to be developed, platform capabilities and programs to promote awareness, adoption, and use, and strategic/vendor partnerships necessary to deliver.

- Recommends strategic marketing mix direction to partners and senior management. Evaluates, prioritizes and leads decisions on new opportunities based on performance data, technical feasibility, brand fit, and financial viability.

• Works in partnership with internal digital business, channel, creative, and technology teams to drive innovation, inform future development roadmaps, and inform technology/platform investment decisions with well-informed business requirements.

• Leading the development of new integrated marketing strategies from conception through implementation
