Our client is seeking an experienced content writer and Spanish translation editor. This entry-level editor will translate and create required documentation of procedures that support global internal and external policies and processes. The role will collaborate with the senior strategic content editors and leads to provide Spanish (Mexican) translation writing and editing. This is a support role for the external communications editors to meet workload queue of blurb requests while providing an excellent Merchant and Buyer experience.

Specifically, the Writer & Translation Editor will:
· Write, translate, and deliver excellent content quality in Blurbs
· Coordinate with content team editors to support development of efficient, scalable, reliable global processes for translation.
· Partner with teammates on overall content organization using templates and other systems.
· Incorporate best practices where applicable for global glossaries to scale translation support across sites with translation volunteers
· Work closely with content team for ongoing maintenance and management of SharePoint site, templates, and processes to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
· Provide overall support in writing, translating and publishing internal and external communications as work requires

In this role, you will need to move quickly, deliver results., and show exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. The role also requires:
· Excellent time-management skills and organizational agility, including the ability to effectively balance multiple ongoing projects, tasks and priorities
· Ability to identify and articulate issues, and escalate issues appropriately.
· Attention to details; process improvement skill; and clear/ concise written communication skills
· Ability to create efficient systems and processes.
· Exceptional written communication skills with ability to translate from english to Spanish (for product launch in Mexico)
· Willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept reprioritization as necessary.

Basic Qualifications
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
· 5+ years of written and language skills
· Experience delivering written translation for process oriented policies/ procedures
· Experience in using translation applications
· Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
· Demonstrated project flow experience
· Experience working in a global cross-functional team
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, technical environment

Preferred Qualifications
· HTML skills
· Understanding of web publishing technologies
