Solutions Enablement Analyst

Reporting to the Manager of Sales Enablement, the Solutions Enablement Analyst is responsible for managing a variety of Enterprise sales initiatives focused on assisting the company win new business and retain / cross sell to existing customers.

1. Ensure company solutions match customers’ needs and accurately represent our delivery capabilities
2. Project Manage and own development of RFx responses in partnership with Sales, Business Unit Subject Matter Experts and third party partners ($50M - $500M Webstore revenue)
3. Support Enterprise Sales Leaders through each stage of Enterprise RFx process (initial meetings, presentation, supplemental proposals) win new business, retain existing clients and/or x-sell/up-sell existing business
4. Accurately capture and aggregate content in central repositories (Qvidian RFx database / SharePoint) for sales and other organizations to consume
5. Partner with Business Units to develop new content to fill information voids, communicate enhancements in products services to Sales and manage ad-hoc requests for information as needed

Overall responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Driving RFx responses
- Acting as Project Manager and response lead by partnering with Sales and/or Client Services to manage workstream and assign role/responsibilities across all required business units.
- Build full sales proposals utilizing input from all stakeholders and ensure that products and solutions are clearly represented in a singular, cohesive voice
- Championing the use of a standardized response plan and process setting and maintaining timelines for the response team to manage against
- Completing responses using a centralized RFx / Proposal repository (e.g. complete 70% of the response) with standard answers
- Working with Solutions Enablement team members and internal BU SMEs to accurately answer new questions
- Infusing company’s unique value proposition within responses

• Supporting sales pursuits through each stage of (initial meetings and presentations)
- Coordinate / manage post meeting deliverables with sales and company wide SME’s

• Ensuring solutions match customers’ needs and accurately represent our delivery capabilities
- Present prospect / client requirements
- Partner with internal Solutions Architects, Technology teams and BU SME’s to develop solutions and be the voice of the customer in solution development sessions

• Ensuring content is accurately captured and aggregated
- Provide support to Knowledge Management lead to ensure that Qvidian content remains accurate and up to date.
- Partner with Knowledge management lead to ensure all completed RFPs are uploaded properly into the RFx repository to reflect the breadth and depth of service offerings, and that all new content replaces old as necessary.
- Develop and utilize requisite workflows for keeping content accurate and current within the RFx repository
- Provide content fit for consumption on SharePoint site as it becomes available

• Providing project based SFDC support
- Manage weekly reporting to reflect all sales opportunities currently being supported. Ensure that all active engagements are kept up to date and the status of each RFP is updated and maintained until either won or lost.
