Solutions Consultant (Ad tech solutions) - 11months

Our client, a leading online technology giant, is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join their London Team for 11months.

The role will be responsible for managing the onboarding engagements for all new clients, and coordinating project delivery with the cross-functional team. We are looking for someone who exhibits a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, patience, and organization. The successful candidate will be diplomatic, assertive, agile, proactive, calm under pressure, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through the entire implementation process from kickoff to post go-live support.
• Consult with clients and project leaders to define the project structure, requirements and priorities.
• Define onboarding timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Manage customer expectations of product delivery by establishing a trusted relationship and regularly communicating project status and requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding process with cross-functional departments, such as Accounting, Technical Support, Marketing, Development, Product and Training.
• Gather and clearly document customer requirements.
• Identify and establish data requirements and business rules.
• Work with other departments to actively own and resolve project-related issues.
• Strong focus on client relationships.
• Investigate and track client concerns and collaborate with Support Services to resolve any account issues.

Experience:
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of URL parameters and tag configuration.
• General understanding of software development processes
• Advertising knowledge and/or experience within the ad space, including performance marketing, attribution, last click methodologies, ad analytics, and optimization.
• Client Services-oriented individual with experience in conflict resolution. Ability to speak to potentially senior level (directors etc.)
• Familiar with ad tracking, multi-marketing data sources, big data, data warehouses, data manipulation (using Excel or other similar) and data analysis.
• Experience in Cross-functional / Matrix Team environment.
• Experience in Coordination / Scheduling / Planning / Scoping.
• Possesses an interest and/or background in the ad tech space.
