Software Product Line Manager

Our client seeks a Product Line Manager to support a software partner. You will be ultimately responsible for the financial success of a specific line of software products when they are sold with our client's hardware online, in retail, and by sales reps selling the software to small and medium businesses, globally.

As the product line manager, you will be the business owner ultimately responsible to drive two key metrics: 1) margin and 2) attach rate. You will work closely with teams and leadership across the company, including: sales, online, retail, marketing Leadership, and more. One of your primary responsibilities will be to work closely with the leaders of these teams to ensure they are aware of the opportunities and are driving their teams, getting feedback on how to improve and reacting quickly, setting goals and KPIs, reporting on attainment, helping lead QBRs, etc.

You will lead a weekly business leadership meeting with all key stakeholders, report weekly and monthly to execs on the success of the program in decks/emails/ops reviews, raise awareness when support is needed to move things forward, and be the ultimately responsible person for this business. Working closely with you will be a sales enablement specialist who works directly with the sales and marketing teams providing regular training, education, and executing on GTM plans you will help define.
