Software & Services Coordinator

We are hiring a Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting the Software & Services team with the day-to-day business tasks related to the Software Engineering department, including Product and Project Management. This position will provide administrative and project management support for up to several directors and will work closely with internal departments and partners to ensure timely and precise execution of assigned projects. This position will be based in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

Calendar management for team of directors
Coordinate offsite events and meetings for directors and their teams
Facilitate contract and Purchase Order process for department
Coordinate internal and external meeting scheduling
Relationship management with cross-functional teams and external partners
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Booking Travel (Domestic & International)
Ordering lunches for up to 100 people

Requirements:

Three to six years of relevant experience - administrative/project management
Ability to juggle multiple projects with a high attention to detail
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Flexible and Adaptable
A positive attitude and willingness to help
Problem solver, ability to think out of the box to resolve new challenges
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications & Outlook Exchange 365
Bachelors degree
