Social Selling Specialist

This role will be the link between the Digital Marketing engines and the sales execution. He/she will drive engagement and results by analyzing the B2B customer whitespace, crafting the right messaging and deploying these on our social sales tools. This role has Social Selling at its core and will be the bridge between sales and marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities, Social Media:
• Customer whitespace research:
• Analyze the sales customer whitespace (Customers with high potential to purchase or currently non-engaged based on sales numbers) and based on available reports
• Cross reference current targeted customers and audience types with marketing levers such as events, webinars, direct email, LinkedIn email etc.
• Align ideal target audiences with the sales teams
• Content Management:
• Create and curate tailored social media B2B thought leadership content for use in Twitter and LinkedIn channels
• Research internally and externally available materials to be used and drive social customer engagement
• Ensure seller access to localized social content via content aggregator tool
• Program Management
• Focused on the SMSP (Small, Mid-Market Services and Products) Segment.
• Follow up execution with sellers through data analytics & event / digital registration
• Share program performance with stakeholders
• Work with the sales teams to share results, drive engagement, show ROI
Qualifications:
• Excellent communications skills (key strengths in writing, oral presentations, creative development)
• Natural interest in the sales world.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Deep understanding of social media vehicles and social media engagement.
• Ability to effectively use internet (and other virtual resources) to effectively accomplish daily tasks and duties.
• Strong initiative and ability to deliver results with guidance.
• An understanding of the technology industry and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Team Player
• Detail Oriented
• Degree or diploma in Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
