Social Selling Marketing Manager

It is an ongoing assignment with a technology global leader.
The team is recruiting for a new position to support their social selling function.

The main elements of the role consist of:
• Coaching sellers and providing ongoing support
• Providing pipeline of content to be used by sellers
• Helping build the professional brands of sellers
• Driving ROI for the programme, including Social Selling Index score (SSI) and pipeline opportunities

The role will also be required to support the employee advocacy programme.This will involve onboarding sellers, being a platform expert, curating and approving content (through user submissions as well as curated 3rd party content), boosting campaigns through Sociabble, managing Challenges/competitions and auditing the database.








How to be successful

To be successful, you will have experience in social selling, preferably with LinkedIn. You will have managed a robust and impactful selling programme, have experience with working with sellers, and accountability for delivering business results

We are ideally looking for an individual who also has enterprise experience who can adopt the right tone of voice and leverage knowledge to drive impact through good working relationships with the salesforce and a good understanding of the sales process in a large organisation

Key Accountabilities, Tasks and Activities

• Working with Segment Marketing leads and Sales managers to drive activation of licenses and adoption of Social Selling to ensure 100% active use
• Provide coaching for new members of the programme to ensure they have appropriate profiles and understand functionality available to them with the LinkedIn Sales Navigator licences, Linda, PointDrive as well as integration of this with our own internal seller tools e.g. MSX
• Continue to provide ongoing support in a scalable and efficient manner i.e. social selling clinics, 1 to many training and coaching workshops including creation of assets for training and self-serve model
• Integration with global Social Selling stakeholders through regular drumbeats, knowledge sharing and best practice updates
• Manage relationships with the LinkedIn team to ensure we stay on top of the latest information and insights to maximise efficiency of the programme
• Provide regular rhythm of content to be used by the sellers that is platform and audience appropriate via Sociabble
• Robust reporting to be shared with key stakeholders across the business
• Demonstrate the value of social selling and ensure it is established across the business through attending key sales team meetings, managing exec stakeholders, rewarding and socialising success stories

Desired skills

• Experience of managing social selling programmes
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn
• Ability to build strong commercial relationships with senior managers
• Excellent presentation skills and confident presenting to large audiences
• Background & knowledge in Enterprise commercial
• Experience of working directly with sales teams
• Has demonstrated high level of collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups
• Energetic self-starter, with bias for action
