Through continuous growth they are looking for a social planning manager to come on board and take a leadership role on one of their flagship FMCG accounts.

Reporting into the director of social, you will be responsible for developing and constantly improving the planning product including establishing best practices, improving workflow through automation, mentoring staff and ensuring high quality campaigns are delivered on brief.

On a day to day to basis your role will include:

-Leading and mentoring a team of social executives.
-Develop and enhance the planning product(process,media planning,reporting)
-Work closely with strategists to develop creative ideas and best in market campaigns.
-Evaluating performance metrics to deliver actionable insight.

To qualify for this position you will have:
-2-3 years experience working in social media as well as team management experience.
-You will have a solid understanding of social trends and what works.
- The ability to investigate and add value to build on strategic output.
