Social Media/Digital Marketing Supervisor (TTP)

Working on the fast-paced, digital/social marketing team, The Digital Marketing Supervisor is focused on leveraging digital as a part of the overall marketing mix to drive customer engagement and sales. Oversees and executes paid and owned digital marketing programs including: social media, mobile, brand websites, and digital partnerships. The Digital Marketing Supervisor is self-motivated, collaborative and demonstrates the passion and knowledge to drive growth in all areas of digital and social media.



Major Areas of Responsibility

Manage the development of digital media channels to gain a competitive advantage in the digital space and amplify word of mouth, including paid media, social, search, mobile development, and digital video.
Participates in the development of digital strategies and seasonal project plans. Works with internal and external partners / agencies to ensure programs are executed flawlessly and drives results. Analyzes programs and provides report to Senior Management with key findings and implications for future programs.
Manages social media strategy and paid advertising including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Tumblr. Work with manager, agencies and brand marketing teams on developing effective tactics for communication within each channel.
Develops monthly social content calendars and works with internal creative teams to deliver assets for all social channels.
Communicate with and manage influencer and blogger outreach efforts.
Manages digital content creation process and budget including prep (shot list development, sample collection, stylist feedback), attendance at shoots (on set to provide feedback and guidance to creative team), and sharing of assets post-shoot with all relevant parties.
Monitors the digital media landscape and provides insights and implications for brands, including distribution of best practices, competitive landscape, and potential technology partners/vendors.


Required Skills for consideration

Solid understanding of all paid digital marketing disciplines including: digital partnerships, social media, search engine marketing, and mobile marketing.
Demonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives into innovative digital recommendations that drive results via owned media channels (website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, and/or YouTube) and paid media (online display, partnerships, mobile).
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends and present key findings (quantitative and analytic skills)
Experience utilizing website analytic tools such as Adobe Analyitics, coremetrics, Google analytics, or other website analytics tool
Experience with social media monitoring tools such as Spredfast, Tweetdeck, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Radian6, Google Alerts, Curalate
Productive relationship building skills to manage agencies, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams.
Strong communication & presentation skills
Ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who can work independently and collaboratively
Superior organization skills, attention to details and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment


Minimum experience required to perform this job



Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications or equivalent.
4+ years of directly related experience with a digital agency or client side digital marketing with an emphasis in social media
At least 1+ year of supervising and developing direct reports
