Social Media/Community Manager

We are looking for a passionate social media manager/writer for an exciting fitness focused brand.

We're looking for someone who can ideally act like a bit of a consultant, someone who is able to let this team know what channels to use, and to provide a consistent brand voice.
YOU HAVE:

-3 years of experience managing social accounts
-Experience with Social Strategy
-The ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why your ideas are analytically sound.
-In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
-Excellent writing and language skills.
-The ability to set realistic goals. It isn’t enough to say you “see” results, they must tie back to your objectives. Ie: Looking at:
Growth of Likes
Reach
Engagement
Leads
Sales

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:

-Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.
-Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
-Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
-Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
-Oversee strategy (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
-Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
-Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
-Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
-Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
-Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
