The Social Media and Content Coordinator will oversees the planning and execution of content and messaging to the right audiences and channels - at the right time. This position requires a combination of marketing and publishing mindsets, with the most important aspect being to think "customer first." 

The Social and Content Coordinator will be responsible for setting the social strategy and overseeing the editorial social calendar for the SMB Marketing, working closely with the content marketing, creative, campaigns and product marketing to create fresh, dynamic content that represents the SMB’s value proposition and effectively engages our SMB audience. You are a visual thinker and storyteller with strong writing and graphics production experience. 

Responsibilities: 
Social media management: 
Develop, implement and manage social media and community strategies, including channel guidelines, KPIs and best practices across key social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Slideshare, Instagram, Pinterest, etc) of our product channels. 
Create, edit, and publish daily content that aligns with the SMB brand vision, builds meaningful community connections, and encourages authentic engagement. 
Manage product channels’ online reputation and brand as an advocate in social media spaces. Engage in dialogues and answer questions where appropriate. Oversee social media channels in times of crisis. 
Serve as a social media and content expert, providing feedback, insights, and recommendations to the SMB Marketing team. 
Grow followers and audience engagement across SMB social media channels 
Optimize social media channels to increase visibility, expand our reach and improve conversion. 
Influencers & Partner Strategy: 
Help curate content for the GRB SDR social ambassador program. 
Identify, develop and manage social media relationships with SMB influencers and partners to secure co-marketing and cross-promotion opportunities. 

Content: 
Collaborate with content team to ensure ideal organic distribution and promotion for all content marketing efforts. 
Work with the Sr. Manager to constantly iterate and improve our content marketing strategy based on quantitative & qualitative insights. 
Come up with creative ways to repurpose and promote our own content (blog posts, eBooks, etc) so that it gets found by our target audience. 
Run the day-to-day management of our product blogs, in alignment with the social media promotion. 
Contribute to the SMB blog editorial calendar. 

Success Criteria: 
Proven track record in executing and measuring paid and organic social media programs tied to specific goals 
Demonstrated experience in developing, growing and engaging audience through social networks. 
Hands-on experience of what makes high-quality online content 
Exceptional knowledge of and passion for established and emerging social platforms, trends, and practices. 

Requirements: 
Bachelor's Degree 
At least 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, social media experience, including running a blog. 
Experience and familiarity with various social scheduling, content and analytics tools (like Social Studio, Hootsuite, etc.) 
Extremely sharp writing and grammar skills, and sound editorial judgment. 
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
Experience in content creation, curation, and marketing. 
Experience with Adobe creative platforms like Photoshop and Illustrator. 
Ability to work in fast pace environment, collaboratively as well as autonomously.
