Our client is looking for a Social Media Member Experience Transition Project Manager!
The Member Experience Transition Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing the transition of an existing Social Media team to the new Social Media Member Experience team in Chicago, IL.

Main Responsibilities:
• Documenting existing social media workflows
• Develop new workflows
• Streamlining the member experience and resolution process
• Identifying key business partners in the member experience process
• Oversee space planning and allocation for new SMX team
• Identify required systems for team to deliver wow member experience
• Secure access of identified systems for team users
• Plan and oversee training of identified systems
• Serve as single point-of-contact and current Social Media Leadership for all matters relating to new team, and the transition
• Assist Social Media Director in establishing necessary infrastructure, which may including governance, management, protocols and communication standards
• Manage multiple transitions and related activities associated with full national, operational business division transition
• Partner with business unit teams, as necessary, to identify and develop integration benefits and synergies
• Generate applicable project communications, reports, updates, tracking tools and summaries
• Interface with third party vendors, as necessary
• Prepare financial models and/or reports related to the project
