Social Media Strategist

Our client, a leading strategic digital marketing organization focusing on the sports industry is seeking a Social Media Strategist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional teams to guide the development and presentation of social solutions that drive client business
Manage social process documents including timelines, engagement and analysis
Create and review reports and final campaign analysis
Assess social media successes and learnings
Use excellent writing skills to develop proposals, presentations and case studies
Deliver presentations to help win and educate clients, prospects and internal teams
Research and stay up to date on all social media trends, platforms, vendors; recommend improved processes, new technologies and platforms where appropriate
Use knowledge of the social media ecosystem to improve client relationships and strengthen internal teams; understand how paid, earned and owned social media inform, involve and amplify one another

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years working in social media arena, including agency experience
Ability to provide clear direction and inspire client, account, and creative teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills; truly a best-in-class writer
Exceptional at creating presentations for clients and prospective clients
Willingness to take initiative, be resourceful and flexible
Strong project management skills with the ability to create project plans and comprehensive estimates preferred, with demonstrated success at keeping projects on time and on budget
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on PowerPoint
