Main Responsibilities
Research target insights using industry standard tools (i.e. Facebook Audience Insights) as well as the competitive landscape. You will look for opportunities both to keep up with the competition and to identify gaps in their strategy where we can excel.
Recommend, prioritize, and deploy an appropriate mix of communications strategies and tactics in the social space to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic in support of the overall digital/social media strategies.
Partner with the client team to plan an overarching content strategy through the end of the year.

Identify KPIs and goals that link to the overarching business objectives and discuss plans for reaching them.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and other partners as desired.
Advise on weekly/monthly content calendars for our clients' social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
Recommend changes to our clients' strategy based on your observations of our fans’ interests and behavior

You read Mashable, TechCrunch, and The Next Web – plus a lot of smaller blogs we might not have heard of. Above all, you’re excited about the changing ways in which digital helps us communicate with one another and with brands.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
You live and love Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
You understand how to research a topic thoroughly, and prepare a report that synthesizes diverse sources of information.
