Are you a seasoned social media professional who understands that a solid social strategy goes beyond posts and tweets? Our client is looking for a talented Social Media Specialist. This position will be responsible for monitoring, updating and developing social media campaigns and strategies for both our client's agency as well as their clients. In addition, this position is responsible for helping their clients repair and maintain their online reputation.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple client social media accounts across multiple social platforms

Manage internal social media

Collaborate with Digital Team Members as well as Direct Mail Team Members to create solid comprehensive marketing campaigns

Stay abreast of social media trends and changes

Develop creative, cutting-edge social campaigns and strategies to earn clients a disproportionate amount of the online conversation

Build and monitor internal and external brands across the web, including Google Places, Yelp, Dealerrater and more

Promote and respond to reviews

Create strategies to help clients build and maintain a positive reputation online

Work closely with Digital Manager on digital proposals and pitches


Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Communication, Marketing or related field

Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media accounts

Demonstrated a strong writing ability

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented organization

Digital marketing experience

Solid understanding of social media optimization and SEO/SEM principles

Google Analytics certification

Pay-per-click experience

Basic knowledge of HTML

Basic knowledge of WordPress
