Our client, a leading financial services firm, Treasury Services group is looking to differentiate itself amongst its peers in the social media space and is looking to add a specialist to the team, who understands, lives and breathes the requirements the financial services industry when it comes to Social Media marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B Financial Services and will be passionate about social collaboration. The individual will need to understand the requirements and implications of regulation and compliance to the social media space, even though their main passion will be about how social can drive the business; what financial services firms look for when enabling new technologies, what measurement is key and how this can be translated into workable policies for the social world.

The individual in this role will be a social media expert who knows the rules – and can abide by them. This position will bring the right person into contact with the regulators, and industry leading organizations enabling their businesses through both internal social collaboration and public social media challenges. Core responsibilities include:
· Create a comprehensive social media strategy to define programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership and traffic across all Treasury Services digital assets. Implement and manage social media programs that drive client engagement and deliver bottom line results
· Communicate and collaborate social media activities with other departments, particularly TS Marketing, Media Relations and Communications
· Develop overall Social Media Measurement strategy and metrics plan. Monitor the effectiveness of individual social media activities versus the company's overall social media vision
· Inspire the organization around the power of Social Media - demonstrate how and why social media works internally, and make it look fun and meaningful
· Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities
· Work with sales and marketing managers to promote marketing campaign
· Ensure that J.P. Morgan Treasury Services uses social media effectively
· Strategize with and educate the management team and others across JPM Treasury Services on incorporating relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company's products and services
· Work with Agency to utilize social marketing engagement and listening tools to drive brand awareness, identify service triggers, identify consumer and competitive insight and drive financial well being engagement with consumers that is measurable and results in primary account acquisition
Required Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications; MBA preferred

· Background in financial services, social and digital marketing.5-7 years experience in Digital Marketing, which includes at least 3 years direct experience managing Social Media programs and a demonstrated record of success

· Proven social resume

· Excellent face-to-face and telephone presentation skills

· Understand of global regulatory requirements

· Ability to contribute individually, and lead, manage or participate in cross-functional teams

· Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

· Strong negotiation and persuasiveness skills

· Strong understanding of Social Media landscape, technologies and practices

· Passionate about Digital Marketing and Social Media Experience

· Social media tools and techniques
