Social Media Specialist

One of our favorite companies is looking for interim help with their Social Media Specialist to help execute their client's social media strategies. Do you live for social? Keep reading!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for executing social media campaigns from set up, execution, management, optimizations, and reporting
  • Provide insight, analysis, and strategic recommendations based on performance for clients and teams
  • Develops relationships with internal and external stake holders and is able to assist in social media and strategy needs
  • Execute and manage content syndication campaigns for account teams
  • Create great vendor relationships with primary social partners (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
  • Conduct social media and landscape audits as needed for client projects
  • Monitor social conversations, and flag engagement opportunities for clients
  • Integrate closely with creative, content, and measurement teams across projects
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills and provides digital and social expertise to account teams and engages in client interactions
  • Manages time effectively across multiple accounts

 

QUALIIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of social media or digital marketing experience
  • Understands the role and value of owned and paid social media within the broader digital marketing landscape
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
  • Demonstrated client service orientation
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task, work in a team environment, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred in Marketing or related field
