Social Media Sales Excellence

The Social Selling Marketing Manager role will lead this newly launched initiative in the UK working with the enterprise marketing team and directly with sellers of our Client-global technology company.

The main elements of the role consist of:
• Coaching sellers and providing ongoing support
• Providing pipeline of content to be used by sellers
• Driving ROI for the programme, including Social Selling Index score (SSI) and pipeline opportunities

The role will also be required to support the enterprise social media community manager at times. This will involve attending events, writing copy, posting to social media channels and community management

How to be successful :

To be successful, you will have experience in social marketing, preferably with LinkedIn. You will have managed a robust and impactful marketing programme, have experience with working with sellers, and accountability for delivering business results

We are ideally looking for an individual who also has enterprise experience who can adopt the right tone of voice and leverage knowledge to drive impact through good working relationship with the salesforce and a good understanding of the target audience

Successful individuals will have high energy and passion, and a commitment to delivering excellence

Key Accountabilities, Tasks and Activities

• Working with enterprise marketing team to identify individuals appropriate for the programme and ensure 100% active use
• Provide coaching for new members of the programme to ensure they have appropriate profiles and understand functionality available to them with the LinkedIn Sales Navigator licences.
• Continue to provide ongoing support in a scalable and efficient manner i.e. social selling clinics
• Manage relationship with LinkedIn team to ensure we on top of the latest information and insights to maximise efficiency of the programme
• Provide regular rhythm of content to be used by the sellers that is platform and audience appropriate
• Robust reporting to be shared with key stakeholders across the business
• Demonstrate the value of social selling and ensure it is established across the business through attending key sales team meetings, managing exec stakeholders, rewarding and socialising success stories

Desired skills :

• Experience of managing social selling programmes
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn
• Background & knowledge in Enterprise commercial
• Experience of working directly with sales teams
• Has demonstrated high level of collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups
• Energetic self-starter, with bias for action
