Social Media Program Manager

This position supports specific initiatives for the corporate social media training and activation team of a Fortune 50 client in Round Rock. This role is responsible for managing program logistics for the Social Media activation programs, the Social Mentorship program, the Social Amplification/content curation program, and Social Media Employee Advocacy communications. The role will also be responsible for reporting program insights and analytics. In addition, this position will create and distribute internal mass-communications and plan internal events.
Specific duties:
Manage day-to-day program logistics around social media programs, including communications, participant on-boarding, social media account creation, database management, materials creation & shipping and workshop coordination. Create and distribute mass communications to global team members through a variety of channels, not limited to email, web and internal tools. Monitor internal communications channels and respond in a timely manner. Handle administrative duties surrounding the amplification program, including vendor relations, user list maintenance, gathering user comments, loading current content and participating in weekly feedback calls. Responsible for reporting metrics from programs including participation, certification, and impact to the business. Responsible for planning meetings and event as needed, including outside speaker and internal networking events. Work closely with the on-site graphic design team to design and print program, marketing and event materials. Handle social media account audits for program participants, with an emphasis on metrics tracking and trend spotting.
