Our client in the financial industry is looking for an experienced Social Media Producer with excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills having worked in a corporate environment.

Social Media Producer:
-The Social Media Producer (Paid) will partner with our agencies in the development and implementation of Paid Social strategies across Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin. Responsible for managing paid social budgets of $1MM - $2MM in social advertising.

The candidate is responsible for coordinating, measuring, and optimizing customer acquisition campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other Social platforms. This position will work with our agencies and internal resources to prepare campaign assets for distribution, monitor performance and optimize campaigns to maximize the effectiveness of our Social Channels.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Measure, track and communicate performance to members of the Digital Marketing Team.
• Work with our external agencies to launch, manage, and develop optimization strategies for engagement focused campaigns to meet and exceed engagement goals set for Social Channels.
• Work with Internal Creative and Operations teams as necessary to ensure campaign assets are distributed to media partners.
• Identify high value and/or scalable audience segments to re-engage, re-activate and convert to active audience members
• Evaluate the performance of various audience segments across different social channels.
• Work with agency to develop quotes for campaign estimates, develop proposals, and provide assistance with executive summaries and other reporting as needed by the Digital Team.
• Support partnerships with social platforms, API partners and other related vendors
• Keep abreast of current events, social/digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business
• Plan and manage budget for the Paid Social channel.
• Manage & report analytics from the Paid Social channel.
• Reporting and analysis of overall social effectiveness & claims.
• Continuous A/B testing to maximize overall results and scale.

Required Skills/Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree desirable.
• Minimum of 3-5 years directly managing Paid Social efforts.
• In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Both strategic and tactical experience designing, building and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Experience with 3rd party tools such as Kenshoo Social, SketchDeck, AppsFlyer, Nanigan’s, Google Analytics, and more.
• Experience within the Facebook ad UI using tools and features including Power Editor, Custom Audiences, Look-A-Like Audiences, Carousel Ads, App-Install Ads, Lead Gen Ads, and more.
• Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Able to translate data into easy-to-understand insights, solid analytical ability
• Extensive Microsoft Excel experience (Strong data analysis skills)
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Passion for emerging media trends and technology, and knowledge social media. “Hands-on”, “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality and “does what it takes” attitude to drive success
• Experience running A/B tests and performing audience segmentation.
