The Social Media Moderator will serve as the day-to-day engagement and conversation specialist for our client's social media properties – primarily Twitter and Facebook. Solve customer service issues, enhance the overall image of the company through direct personal engagement with the customers and promote current offers/deals.

You will be accountable for engaging with customers and prospective customers day-to-day and represent the brand by fostering dialog and sharing information about the organization. As a Social Media Moderator, you will work with internal teams to maintain a calendar of proactive communication along with monitoring and managing conversation as it develops. The Social Media Moderator will also serve as a voice of the brand, helping to address member concerns, complaints and issues. Below is an overview of the specific responsibilities that will fall under your responsibilities:

Requirements:
-Customer service oriented
-Strong marketing background with the proven ability to think socially
-Assist in the development of a communication outreach plan to deliver upon agreed-upon strategies
-Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
-Ability to communicate personably with large variety of individuals
-Posts will vary significantly in content – must be able to communicate variety of information succinctly and clearly and in a conversational manner.
-Passion for social media with extensive knowledge of Twitter and Facebook specifically
-Willingness to be available 24/7 for emergency outreach
-Team player
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
-Understanding of client's brand, products and customer profile
