Social Media Moderator needed ASAP

The Social Media Moderator will serve as the day-to-day engagement and conversation specialist for our Client’s social media properties – primarily Twitter and Facebook.

You will engage personally via company platforms to enhance the overall image of the company through direct personal engagement with the customers and publish editorial content. This person will also assist with planning and execution of Social Media Campaigns, including content development.

You will be accountable for engaging with customers and prospective customers day-to-day. You will represent the brand by fostering dialog and sharing information about the organization. You will work with internal teams to maintain a calendar of proactive communication along with monitoring and managing conversation as it develops. The Social Media Moderator will also serve as a voice of the Client, helping to address member concerns, complaints and issues.

Required Skills/ Experience:
-Demonstrated first-hand experience using social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook, preferably for business use representing an organization or brand.
-Worked with pages that have 100K+ followers and a lot of interaction / community
-Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
-Ability to communicate personably with large variety of individuals
-Posts will vary significantly in content – must be able to communicate variety of information succinctly and clearly and in a conversational manner
-Strong marketing and/ or communications background
-Customer service oriented
-Team player
-Experience using a monitoring / listening platform
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
