Social Media Moderator

Our large retail Fortune 500 client is seeking a talented Social Media Moderator! This is a solid year long contract.

**You must have experience managing a corporate Pinterest account to be considered for this role**

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
-Experience managing Social Media Communities for a brand or business, including planning, engagement and reporting
-Monitor guest conversation via social media channels at the local, campaign, and brand level
-Provide social community insights and best practices via analysis of post engagement and response at the local level
-Point-of-contact with Guest Contact Center to ensure timely and thoughtful guest response strategies and process
-Collaborate with Social Business Strategy and creative teams to develop post content and strategies
-Assist Lead Community Managers in identifying new and emerging opportunities to differentiate our social listening, monitoring and measurement practices
-Assist Lead Community Managers to develop and institutionalize best practices and guidelines
-College degree required or equivalent work experience
-2-4 years relevant work experience
-Knowledge of and in-depth experience with social technologies
-Strong analytical skills
-Demonstrated experience thinking critically and recommending strategic decisions
-Experience with data visualization and articulation
-Ability to collaborate and navigate the organization effectively
-Exceptional communication Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
