Social Media Marketing Manager

AQUENT is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager!

In this role, you will be responsible for working with internal business partners to effectively align goals and understand the business needs in order to drive strategy for fast-paced Social Media Channels. As part of the team, you will generate ideas and support marketing initiatives intended to impact brand health and drive successful business results for the enterprise. You will be responsible for ensuring that all initiatives align with the overall channel strategy and result in an industry-leading, customer experience that delivers on brand goals while consistently staying aligned with the overarching objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Work with customer management team on social strategy to deliver on customer management goals, including creating and implementing social campaigns to increase product feature knowledge and adoption
• Work with mobile team to craft social agenda and help deliver on mobile adoption goals using social channels
• Work with digital team to bring forth digitally innovative content and ideas to further our equity in digital and social
• Work with partnerships teams to help develop our POV on partnerships in social
• Support product launches and campaigns in social channels
• Own the strategy and development of customer & product messaging on our social channels
• Drive insights and learnings that fuel the Social Media learning agenda
• Partner across the organization and various teams to communicate and manage projects
• Make strategic recommendations that drive engagement and fan growth
• Develop and present creative briefs to collective teams, while ensuring proper oversight of creative development, ensuring that marketing materials are on brand, high quality and unassailable
• Work with Agency partners to effectively drive the work, oversee creative assets and marketing materials, and ensure consistency and alignment to the brief at all times
• Manage work from a process standpoint throughout the creative build
• Manage input from cross-functional stakeholders (business partners, creative team, legal, compliance, etc.)
• Escalate marketing and process issues to Brand Manager for guidance and/or resolution when necessary
• Optimize marketing strategies informed by past results, market changes and consumer insights
• Handle various project-oriented tasks as needed, such as process improvements, calendar development and execution
• Work with community managers to ensure flawless execution of response times and voice


Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of marketing communications, advertising and/or public relations work experience
• Experience in digital and social media marketing


Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven expertise across all major Social Platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
• Platform Best Practices and Guidelines, Channel Moderation/Management, Engagement Metrics, KPI Development, High-Level Understanding of Paid Social Media, Analytics / Insight Tools
• Keen process orientation and ability to work independently to resolve problems, yet with a strategic sense for how and when to effectively manage up
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with flawless execution while adhering to tight timelines, also making sure efforts are meeting the business needs at every touch point
• Proven experience developing creative briefs and working closely with creative and agency teams to ensure we deliver on them successfully
