Social Media Marketing Manager

Established Juno Beach company is looking for support in their interactive marketing department.

The Social Media Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of social media marketing strategies across all B2C and B2B business units within the company. The individual will be responsible for implementing social media strategy, developing brand awareness, personae, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product adoption. This role coordinates with the web and ecommerce team, internal client partners and other marketing, PR and operational functions within the organization to deliver top-tier social media programs, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop social media marketing roadmaps for internal clients in conjunction with Interactive Marketing Manager and VP of Web & Ecommerce
- Manage client presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Conduct Social Media Audits for clients and their competitors
- Work with the web & ecomm development team to ensure social media tools (for ex. FB connect, Sharing buttons) are present on stand alone web sites and kept up to date
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities including online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
- When appropriate, serve as an advocate of clients in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
- Manage a Blogger outreach programs where applicable.
- Regularly share feedback and insights gained from social media monitoring with clients and internal teams to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
- Actively contribute to the culture of communication, collaboration and creativity. Value: Increases overall Shared Services IT team effectiveness leading to improved delivery to the business and Client Services.

- Performs other related duties as required.



Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- 3+ years of social media marketing management experience, preferably for large clients
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Digg, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
- Knowledge of blogging ecosystem
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Have a good knowledge of principles of SEO
- Public relations, Marketing, Sales, Community Management experience, a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally on strategic projects; ability to analyze and present conclusions on business performance.

- Very strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office software

- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and articulate

- Be proactive and organized, act effectively under deadlines, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
