Social Media Marketing Manager

The Marketing Associate will be primarily responsible for driving qualified leads to our sales force through both digital and traditional marketing initiatives (50/50).

Primary Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Create and manage website content, including updates and major additions
• Build, monitor, and maintain solid social media presence
• Identify trends and provide insight to optimize marketing spend
• Brainstorm, research, and present new and creative growth strategies
• Provide project support for marketing programs, promotions, and tradeshows
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and tradeshows on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and excel spreadsheets to support Marketing and Sales
• Assist with coordination of training, and other special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing, communications, or related field
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in marketing, with proven experience in digital marketing (writing is a MUST)
• Awareness of digital marketing / SEO industry trends
• Significant experience with
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Google AdWords
• A/B and multivariate experiments
• Experience in medical industry a plus

Skills Needed:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely high level attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Strong independent worker who is also able to collaborate
• Passion for delivering exceptional work and pride in your craft
• SEO skills: Content marketing, Link building, Keyword strategy
• Optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Proficiency with inbound marketing software, preferably HubSpot,
• Proficiency with website platforms/HTML, preferably WordPress
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign
• Must know and understand advanced features of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
