Social Media Marketing Consultant

We are seeking a savvy Marketing consultant to support the writing, review process, publication and tracking of social media posts across enterprise-wide channels. Your focus will be on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter to start, but may grow to support the content publishing and community management of other social channels. This role will work with general supervision to partner closely across the organization with various social media stakeholders in Corporate Communications, HR, Segment Marketing & Digital Marketing, along with other partners as needed in legal, compliance, graphics, etc.

You will bring:

Excellent writing skills -- both business and copywriting for the social space.

Understanding of how to write social posts -- aligned with brand voice and corporate style.

Solid understanding of the key social channels -- with the ability to take on a community management role, and support day-to-day oversight of channels in conjunction with other stakeholders.

Good verbal communication skills -- and ability to interact with a variety of employees -- both US and international - across the organization to ensure social media activities help to support business initiatives.

Solid understanding of marketing overall -- particularly on social media marketing -- what works, what doesn’t.

Experience using social publishing platforms -- and social listening platforms preferred. Ability to listen to our social media audiences, engaging with guests as directed

Ability to performing editorial tasks -- visiting URLs, copy & pasting data, cleaning up text files, as directed

Reporting -- Running reports, updating spreadsheets, reviewing reports and communicating anomalies
