Social Media Marketing Analyst - English/Portuguese

Our client, a global leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a Social Media Marketing Analyst who is specifically fluent in Portuguese. As Social Media Marketing efforts expand to the developing world, you will partner with the Global Marketing Team to provide data and insights that will guide their strategies and campaigns to reinforce brand messaging.

Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze Social Media data in both English and Portuguese languages.
• Help prepare Social Media analytics reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
• Use Social Media listening tools to gather information on the brand and sponsorships, and evaluate both qualitative and quantitative data. Forecast and track marketing and campaign trends
• Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with global marketing teams, social strategists, and marketing analytics team.

Requirements:
• Fluent in written, spoken, and colloquial Portuguese
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strategic thinking, with excellent analytical skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and oral communication, including large-group presentations
• Hands-on experience with common social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube

Education/Experience
• Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent training required
• 3-5 years research, analytics, or Social Media related experience required
• Any previous experience with Social Media Analytics is a major plus
