Social Media Manager (Lifestyle)

This exceptional opportunity requires an experienced, highly creative social media expert who thrives when generating lifestyle content. An intuitive ability to push the bar, and dive under the skin of relevant rich content is essential. Being part of this fun, nurturing team requires a creative flair, commercial acumen and outstanding networking ability across a range of demographics.

Key Tasks:
• Creator of content initiatives: be the driver of traffic to our website by creating quality content. To ensure all content across all products and brand activations are highly valued by relevant communities. The successful candidate would work with our internal digital designers and copywriter, and our retail marketing teams to execute these initiatives.
• Management of Social media platforms – Act as moderator to our social communities and create engagement with our fans across all key social networking platforms; ensuring content is accurate and timely; and monitoring all areas for opportunities to engage or ensure community guidelines are met.
• Digital storytelling - Working closely with our in-house product champions to produce highly creative key product launches and working into traditional broadcast campaigns
• Analysis & strategy implementation– consistently monitoring and reviewing all site analytics ensuring our platforms are producing outstanding results, amend content and online marketing strategy to reflect this data.

Key Requirement to be Successful:
• Agency, lifestyle content experience highly desirable
• Tertiary qualified within Marketing or related discipline
• Proven Digital and/or online Community Management experience in a retail or wholesale branded environment (Apparel highly desirable)– you must have experience in engaging and building online communities through creative and innovative ideas
• Be aware of all the latest digital trends and how this can contribute to the business
• Have a strong grasp of Social Media best practices.
• Be able to demonstrate previous experience of implementing content strategy.
• Strong attention to detail – you will be developing, maintaining and updating content across multiple online channels and you must be a confident and skilled author
• Are highly creative with a positive and pro-active approach to work. Enthusiasm and a passion for both the brand and online engagement/social media activity with exposure to managing Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and brand website.
• Experience in analysis, ensuring our social media content and platforms are being reviewed constantly and using this information to produce content which will continue to engage and inspire the community.
