Social Media Manager

Reports directly to the Head of Social, having full accountability for management of the

social media channels as well as responsibility for the strategic planning and delivery of

campaigns, relationships and reporting. Driving awareness, you will extend the

reach and develop communication on behalf of our clients being very hands on.


• Agency experience developing, planning & managing social media campaigns for

multiple clients especially with FMCG and or Food and Beverages

• A Strong understanding of digital platforms, technology, and best


• Excellent presentation skills

• Leadership, show initiative, contribute to refining existing practices and methodologies,

seek out and identify opportunities for improved processes and implement solutions

• Strong analytical skills

• A Proven Creative Flair

• Previous track record of managing successful social media campaigns with consistent ROI

• Track record working with a variety of social media analytical software

• Prone to see (and seek) solutions, not problems

• Native level fluency in English; understanding of Chinese a bonus
