Social Media Manager

Exceptional opportunity to drive the Social Media strategy for a highly respected professional services organisation. This a diverse role and requires an experienced Social Media content driven individual who enjoys overseeing and developing strategy alongside delivering the implementation. javascript:runActionProc('submit:save_post')

Key areas of responsibility:
Manage the daily production of the news bulletin - ensuring the news team delivers within tight timeframes to high standards
Working closely with senior stakeholders to compile and deliver the editorial schedule
Fully responsible for the Social Media strategy, continuous development and implementation
Managing and mentoring of one report - Media Officer
Identify and leverage opportunities to increase engagement, visibility, membership and traffic
Act as the Social Media advocate, perform public speaking engagements and participate as part of speaking panels
Source and create engaging and industry relevant blog content
Bring experience of producing video's and podcasts

To be Successful:
Your ability to build relationships and influence professional stakeholders is pivotal for this opportunity
Proven ability of engaging and building online audiences, seeding content / content optimisation
Experience of using data and analytics to inform planning and decision making
Several years Social Media experience of both delivering and driving strategy
People management capability, enjoy inspiring and leading
A creative, commercially minded approach, ability to identify and articulate clear insights from complex problems
Highly experienced across following social platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin alongside Podcasts / Videos
