Social Media Manager

Reporting to the Digital Strategy Director and working closely with the Head of Account Management, your role is to grow and nurture our clients’ online social footprint. This is a client-facing role that calls for account management skills. As an ambassador of The Monkeys social team, you are required to have a great understanding of the social space, to think strategically and be a leading voice in the latest trends and innovations. You are responsible for the ongoing social media activity across our portfolio of retained clients and so having strong writing skills is also critical. The role involves working in close collaboration with the creative team to help deliver best practice social media. You oversee the community management process and ensure that all channels are current and maintain a high level of engagement.

Project Management Skills – juggle multiple projects simultaneously while hitting all deadlines.

Attention to Detail – exceptional command of the English language, great spelling and grammar.
Be Proactive – use community insights to put forward campaign and content ideas.
