Social Media Manager

Duties:

• Managing the social media marketing strategy focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Spiceworks, Facebook, Google+, YouTube and SlideShare.
• Execution of all social media activities and programs alongside social agency of record
• Responsible for integrating global social media strategy with regional marketing teams, to be localised and executed through social agency
• Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to owned properties
• Integrating with the broader digital teams to implement integrated digital campaigns consisting of social media, SEO, Content Strategy, eCommerce, paid media and communities/.com.
• Working within Sprinklr, Radian6 and other social media tools.
• Create and execute the social demand generation and awareness marketing plans/campaigns/tactics.
• Develop, deploy, and analyze demand generation campaigns in a variety of inbound and outbound social media marketing channels such as paid social media, content marketing, social retargeting, etc.
• Strategize with internal stakeholders on marketing and campaign plans against measurable goals and objectives.
• Plan, create, and execute end-to-end marketing project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Review and leverage learning’s from customer research, as well as monitoring marketplace and competitor social marketing programs for best practices.
• Work collaboratively internally and with external resources to create appealing social campaigns, communicating winning marketing concepts through well-written copy and design.
• Monitor social campaigns and collect metrics to calculate ROI and suggest continuous improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends and social marketing strategies as they evolve.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of campaign tactics and scope
• Enable ‘champions’ across the business to use social media channels
• Develop social campaigns with a global scope with regional implementation and localized strategies in mind
Skills

• Experience in contemporary marketing demand generation, marketing campaign development, marketing program management experience - with strong digital marketing experience.
• Experience with Social Media management, measurement, and listening tools including but not limited to Simply Measured, Sprinklr and Salesforce/Radian6
• Experience with multi-touch marketing automation-based campaigns, using applications such as Eloqua. Experience with SalesForce.com a plus.
• Demonstrated efficiency with vendor and budget management, agency management experience and/or agency experience a plus
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy.
• Business-to-business campaign management and demand generation experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, managing multiple complex, multi-phase projects at various stages.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project management plan, status reports, communications plan, budget and schedules.
• Proactive mindset and ability to plan, communicate, and deliver project plans accordingly.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and have sound business judgment in project prioritization.
• Analytic skills with the ability to analyze and present qualitative and quantitative marketing results.
• Work without supervision on complex projects and is expected to collaborate on key decisions with peers.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral/written presentation skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3 - 5 years of social media experience in the B2B technology space.
