Social Media Manager with Retail/Branding experience and great leadership skills!

Marketing 

• Develop and manage monthly conversation calendar with weekly themes, contests/giveaways (when applicable), holidays, and all outbound messages. 

• Incorporate promotions/products to align with marketing plans. 

• Schedule all outgoing posts to all channels on a daily/weekly basis. 

• Write headlines/captions for all posts. 

• Currently maintaining Facebook and Twitter. Plan to reactivate Instagram, Google Plus and Pintrest soon. 

• Coordinate with translator to create and post to Puerto Rico social media pages. (Same content as US) 

• Monitor industry websites like The Verge, 
Mashable, Wired, Gizmodo, Engadget, etc. to identify tech trends and share/repost as applicable.
• Give creative direction for upcoming images to be created — share your goal/intention, headline, caption, and creative direction. (Bonus if applicant can create content)
• Route all social through approval process with applicable parties.

Reporting 

• Pull top-line performance metrics for week-over-week and month-over-month engagement and publishing numbers to present in marketing meeting (just a brief overview).
• Pull top-line label report during major news events or when volume increases substantially. 

• Monitor our engagement and other metrics — top performing posts for the week, best times to publish, audience growth, etc. Apply learnings to future activity.
