Social Media Manager

A high-growth eCommerce fashion company is looking for a seasoned Social Media Manager to be responsible for the development and management of the company's social media strategy across all channels. This is a temp-to-perm role and will start as soon as the right person is found.

Job Responsibilities
- Implement a Social Media strategy on behalf of the brand, coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the company.
- Act as an ongoing resource for the community, sharing Social Media best-practices tips and training documents as well as sitting on panels or participating in training videos.
- Represent the brand in the Social Media space, regularly overseeing updates across all social networking sites, including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, YouTube and the blog.
- Manage a content calendar and communicate key themes and messages that align with campaigns, initiatives, marketing programs, product launches, special events, etc.
- Work closely with eCommerce team to ensure programs are driving revenue and customer acquisition, using Social Media as an amplification tool.
- Work closely with Customer Service teams to monitor all chatter across social media outlets: pages, sites, blog, etc. on a daily to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
- Monitor trends in Social Media and continually recommend new social media tools and platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
- Measure ROI on all Social Media activity and make appropriate recommendations.

MUST-HAVES:
- Experience managing a Social Media presence on behalf of a brand, and a familiarity with Digital Marketing best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills and experience writing in the Social Media space.
- Advanced understanding of and proficiency in using Social Media platforms such as: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
- Ability to provide basic levels of data analysis and reporting.
