A high profile luxury retail brand are looking for a Social Media Manager for a newly created team.

You will be focused on supporting the Senior Social Media Manager and Director of PR, Events and Social, to deliver the social media strategy, revolutionising the look and feel of our owned social media channels. Working with an amazing roster of brands you will constantly drive the creation of thumb stopping social-first imagery and video, while bringing to life our innovative and memorable in-store events. 

There will be team leadership responbilities when the manager is unvailable. Fashion or retail experience is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Alongside the Snr Social Media Manger, develop and lead a social media repositioning across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Pinterest for the UK and international markets, with the aim of increasing brand awareness,
driving engagement and supporting revenue
 Managing the implementation of business-wide creative schemes, working across departments to ensure a consistent tone of voice while maintaining a social-first approach to content that inspire our audience
 Working across Womenswear, Menswear, Beauty and Home to create a lifestyle point of view
 Managing external relationships to ensure we are optimising key opportunities to showcase our brand partners
 Develop a robust reporting plan across key categories for the business that helps deliver key messages and increase awareness of social performance across the business
 Devising, pitching and delivering social initiatives across in-store and online activations for Fashion and Beauty
 Work with the creative team to develop a brand look and feel across social video
 Managing the briefing system to key photographers, influencers and creative stakeholders
 Developing graphical treatments for Instastories and Facebook
 Work across departments to build a robust influencer and community program to enrich our social offering
 Developing the tone of voice across the team, signing off copy and imagery and sharing knowledge
 Supporting the regional stores to ensure localisation of key messaging
 Manage the social calendar across all platforms, leading the team to ensure quality and brand messaging isconsistent
 Managing and guiding the team in the weekly social shoots

EXPERIENCE:
 Extensive experience managing social platforms across international markets and using social listening tools
 Experience leading and inspiring a team
 Experience working cross-departmentally and representing the social agenda, introducing new concepts to the business
 Proven track record running social paid campaigns
 Confident copywriter with a flair for witty social captions
 Previous e-commerce website and retail experience preferable
 Exceptional stakeholder management
 Capable of working within a pressurized environment to tight deadlines
 Confident and positive with solution-orientated outlook
 Ability to deal with ambiguity and be a self starter when required
 A love of language and social media
 Good at time management and capable of working to tight deadline
