An exciting opportunity has opened up for a creative, enthusiastic and self-starting individual, within a rapidly expanding Social Media Agency belonging to one of our most prestigious publishing clients. If successful you will be responsible for managing three of the highest billing clients content and social media channels.

Due to the agency being part of an impressive publishing company, you will have access to and the support of some of the most innovative and engaging writers and editors in the industry.

This engaging individual will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing plans that will increase online traffic to the clients websites and in turn drive brand awareness and sales. Being the primary contact for the clients, you will be responsible for their content strategy, in line with their overall marketing strategy to ensure you achieve their objectives.

You must have a proven track record within digital marketing and have experience of managing social media channels, bundles of drive and motivation, together with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own is imperative.

Key Responsibilities
• A complete and in depth understanding of all social media channels, with a fluency in community management and representing brands.
• Management of day-to-day client activities.
• Develop annual social media strategies in order to achieve your clients’ objectives.
• Management of all paid media with an ability to put into place a strategy to decrease cost per view
• Work with external partners including influencers to increase awareness of your clients brand to the right audience
• Attend clients’ key events throughout the year to provide live social media coverage ie. Facebook Live, taking photos and tweeting
• Work closely with the content team to deliver original content that is right for your clients audience and their brand
• Ensuring that all activity follows sign off processes, and paying close attention to detail to ensure that all deliverables that are sent to client are of the best quality and standard
• Creation of client report presentations as required and appropriate, including innovation reports, and highlighting key developments in the industry
• Developing and planning creative campaigns relevant to your clients and their brief
• Attending client meetings, and developing rapport and relationships with key clients
• Proactive research in social media behaviours

Desired Skills
• Strong social media understanding with a constant thirst for developing knowledge
• Experience and confidence in building and nurturing relationships with clients
• Proven track record in brand marketing
