ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client, a forward-thinking and fast growing luxury childrenswear brand, is looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to join their Turnbridge Wells office.

The Social Media Manager will lead both our global engagement strategy and manage our social media presence. Strategically across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other social channels, you will effectively communicate brand values and grow followers alongside the other core marketing functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, execute and oversee the social media strategy across (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat and Pinterest
• Own and manage the day to day running of all social media accounts
• Partner with the Marketing team to create engaging and sharable content
• Together with the Social Media Assistant, create social media briefs and write on-brand copy for marketing and editorial content
• Respond to comments and direct messages, and administer competitions
• Work closely with the Outreach Manager and PR Manager in building brand advocacy and raising awareness
• Analyse effective benchmarks for measuring impact of social media efforts in order to determine campaign effectiveness and areas to improve
• Manage social media budget inline with marketing strategy
• Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media / marketing / e-commerce technologies
• Develop strategy for market specific global growth
• Assist with hire and management of external global agencies and partners
• Manage, oversee and develop direct reports
• Report social media successes to wider team


ABOUT YOU
• Passionate about social media and experience in managing multiple accounts
• Solid understanding of and actively engaged in using social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tumblr, Instagram, etc.)
• A love for fashion or luxury
• A flair for writing copy and love of content
• Awareness of developments in digital marketing and ecommerce
• Experience of managing direct reports and / or external partners
• Resourceful with positive attitude that thrives in a fast-pace, entrepreneurial environment
• Strategic thinker, willing to push the boundaries and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life
• Interpersonal and able to work with teams across an organization, and a real team player
• Enthusiastic but organised and deadline orientated
• Comfortable with managing budgets effectively, maximizing budget when appropriate
• Experience with omni-channel campaigns and how social media ties in to play a vital role
• A strong portfolio to showcase how you created, Implemented, reported a successful social media strategy
