Social Media Manager

Our Digital Team is seeking a Social Media Manager to create innovative and compelling social media strategies, plans and content to connect customers with our offerings and products. This team member will be our voice in social media, and will create and publish new and effective content to extend our social presence and engage our communities across a variety of social media channels. The Social Media Manager will measure and report on impact and effectiveness of social media content against stated goals and strategies. The Social Media Manager will be the social media content expert, working with Product and Creative Teams to inform plans and roadmaps, and will identify, coordinate and communicate best practices among those teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Create and execute strategies for content posted on social media channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Work closely with the Creative Team to ensure all work accurately represents the brand
Create, publish and manage daily social posts as well as daily community interaction
Measure the success of the community against engagement and present results to internal stakeholders
Create and maintain new paid campaigns across a variety of social channels while defining strategic KPI’s, and seek new social media platforms and technology opportunities to stay at the forefront of new social media trends, tools, and channels
Create and manage the social editorial content calendar
Help source and manage content marketing assets for use on social media, campaigns and other digital properties through the internal creative team, influencer outreach, and UGC

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development or similar
2+ years experience in launching and coordinating social marketing (additional experience in lieu of degree)
Must have strong social media experience across multiple platforms and the ability to offer innovative ideas for strategies and expansion
Must have a strong visual eye to help guide design process and production of assets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented, ability to work with a wide range of internal departments
Interest and understanding of pop culture, sports, music, entertainment and arts
Proactive, confident self-starter with positive energy, customer-oriented attitude with excellent multitasking and organizational ability

Experience with the following tools:
Facebook Ads Manager/Power Editor, Twitter Ads, etc.
Google Analytics or other web analytics
SRP, UGC and listening tools such as TweetDeck, Sprout Social, Pixlee, NUVI, Crimson Hexagon, etc.
Adobe toolset and similar design platforms: Photoshop, Lightroom, Sketch, etc
