Reporting to the head of social, the role offers you the opportunity to be responsible for managing content creation and engagement across all social media channels for our clients, knowing what trends are happening, and creating strategic content that will amplify the brands' presence and reach.
You will act as the brand custodian and storyteller for the organisation, managing the production of content for all digital communication channels including social media, eDM and web.
What skills or experience are important in this role?
- The ability to understand social media insights and how they impact clients.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams, including design and videography.
- Hands on experience of social media advertising with a passion for challenging the status quo and the ability to look beyond the data to develop meaningful and actionable plans
- Excellent writing and communication skills
This role will see you managing targeted multi-channel campaigns, including the planning, coordinating and implementation across social and digital channels. You will assist with website design and layout to enhance SEO, working with external agencies to grow the organisation's brand and presence. With strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, you will monitor and report on website analytics and the effectiveness of digital campaigns, providing recommendations on best practice website optimisation and digital trends, ensuring campaign requirements are achieved. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite would be highly regarded as you will work with internal and external creative teams to develop graphic, video and presentation collateral for use in campaigns.
