Social Media Manager- Content Creation, Strategy, Social Plans

Vitamin T is working with an exciting retail client in the South Bay! They are looking for someone who is super hands on with the creation of the content, the strategy, and the execution of the social plans. Aesthetic is everything!

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive social media strategy to promote the brand and products across social channels
Plan social medial content calendar
Lead the content creation process with internal and external creative partners.
Increase engagement and drive traffic to their social and e-commerce sites
Ensure social integration with other marketing efforts, such as events, media campaigns, and product launches.
Evaluate partnership opportunities with publishers, social platforms, and suppliers.
Maintain a critical eye over content quality and brand tone.
Define KPIs to measure success across social campaigns.
Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and changing social media technologies.

Key Qualifications:
You live, eat, and breathe social media. You have excellent taste. You know how to succeed in each channel and how to tap into emerging trends in the space.
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with organic and paid elements of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter. Email experience a plus.
Experience managing direct reports and agencies.
Experience managing budgets.
Strong management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, monitor, and respond to changes quickly.
Strong collaborative nature to build relationships across the enterprise.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree.
