Social Media Lead

Our client is looking for a Social Media Whiz to take charge of their accounts and streamline their ideas internally and out to the world. The client is located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, and would want bi-weekly or monthly meetings in the office, but this is primarily a remote position, expected to require 5-7 hours a week for an on-going, extended period of time.

The ideal person will be someone who can develop a social media strategy in connection with the creative team and other happenings within the company as well as what they want to communicate to their clients. They want consistent postings across all social media outlets, as well as a more developed blog with relevant content (most of which will be provided). The Creative Director is looking for someone she can meet with about once a month to set an agenda and expectations, and for this person to hold her accountable and be able to make sure content is delivered so that you, the Social Media Whiz, can create, post, and make sure they stick to the strategy.

Must Have's:
Killer writing skills
A good handle for the brand and voice of the company
Creativity, ability to think beyond what is initially provided to them
Ability to strategize and hold others accountable for what they need to deliver
Set schedules and stick to them
Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Blog platforms)
