The Social Strategist provides strategic insight to develop social programs that deliver on business objectives. This role will help connect the dots between objectives, strategies and executions to ensure best-in-class social execution that delivers for the business. The Social Strategist collaborates closely with key stakeholders inside Whitespace and across ANPD and external partners to build strategic social plans that are integrated, effective and work within ANPD social media policy. This role will also look beyond social media to understand the integration of social into the broader ecosystem and the implications of decisions made in the social space.

Acts as key strategic steward for the brands they work on
Collaborates with Community Strategist to leverage community insights in developing social plans and recommendations

Monitors and interprets social trends and platform updates
Assists with social media training for the organization
Builds and maintains relationships key internal and external partners
BS preferred, but not required
3-5 years’ experience in digital/social media preferred
Excellent communication skills
Cross functional business experience
