Our client produces an independent entertainment and lifestyle channel for a global digital-native audience.
They are seeking a Junior Social Media Executive - ideally with 1-3 years experience.

The ideal candidate is seen as the social media guru in their community, always on top of trends
and understands how platforms are developing. They are looking for innovative and ideas driven
team players with the confidence to deliver.

Founded in 2006, they have a history of creating ground breaking & award winning digital content.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the editorial content that is posted across the various social media channels
(Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Google+).
• Create original and re-purpose editorial content where required (written and image based),
with a consistently engaging tone across all channels.
• Actively communicate and moderate across all channels.
• Research social networks, online communities and bloggers for new ways to reach and
engage in conversation.
• Create regular reports on campaign effectiveness.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-3 year’s experience of writing for, and knowledge of, a range of social media platforms.
• Able to demonstrate strong and consistent audience engagement with imaginative and
compelling copy via self created content on key social media platforms.
• Passion, positivity, diligence, self-motivation, confidence and ability to work in teams and as
an individual.
• Deep knowledge and interest in digital, social media and content, with a sports focus.
• Degree or equivalent in English, Media, Journalism, Marketing or related subject preferred.
