Social Media Engagement: Insights and Analytics Manager

Aquent's client, a major Financial Services firm in San Francisco, is looking for a Social media Insights & Analytics Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity. In this role you will be responsible for defining and leading the overall social listening and measurement strategy, helping to identify the impact of social engagement, gather customer insights and fully leverage these efforts to grow and promote the brand.

On a daily basis, you will be using industry tools such as Radian6 to create listening reports and processes to identify and measure overall share of voice, sentiment and opportunities across all Social Media channels. You will correlate business value and impact back to social engagement, activity or campaigns, and you will be responsible for real-time listening on all platforms and tasked with providing actionable intelligence and guidance to internal partners. Ultimately, you will identify industry influencers and partners with digital channels to identify engagement strategies, and you will collaborate with other departments to leverage these social insights to deliver on high-touch service.

As our perfect candidate, you should have 2-3 years experience working with listening tools across multiple social media platforms. You should be fluent in social engagement, and familiar with popular/emerging channels. You know what became of TweetDeck, and it probably upset you. You should have experience with influencer and advocacy programs, and your strong analytical abilities are an obvious must. Also, any experience in a Financial Services environment is a major plus.
