Social Media Director or Manager

Our agency client is looking for a Social Media Director to join our award-winning team. As Social Media Director you will work with our Digital & Strategy teams to develop, execute, measure and optimize of multi-platform digital strategies for our clients, with a specific focus on social media creative and activations. You will act as the agency's social media thought leader, also supervising and mentoring our in-house team of social media community managers. You will add to our earned media marketing strategy, deepen online social conversations, increase engagement and brand loyalty, and have a great time while doing it.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will develop and execute creative and measurable digital media strategies for our clients, with a specific focus on social media.

Manage in-house team of community managers.

Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of Vitro's clients, their brand objectives, owned digital properties and brand personas.

Work with Strategy teams on key client projects.

Monitor and analyze performance for our social media initiatives to measure their effectiveness, communicate results, and optimize creative.

Develop and maintain relationships with bloggers, journalists, and social media
influencers.

Stay on top of trends in social media channels, tools, and analytics.

A social media thought leader.

You have experience leading the creation and implementing social media campaigns, and digital campaigns more generally.

You thrive in fast-paced situations that require quick thinking, good taste, and a great sense of humor.

You’re comfortable interpreting data using analytic/reporting tools to create effective marketing strategy.

You’re able to demonstrate how digital & social media strategy can support and enhance business and marketing objectives.

You’re charismatic, naturally networked, and have a can-do attitude.

You are capable of meeting tight deadlines.

You have a passion for quality design and innovation, knowledge of the interactive industry, and a thirst for learning.

You have a bachelor's degree.
