Immediate need for a Social Media Digital Marketing Editor to join their team.

Qualified candidates must be able to understand the short and long-term goals at hand, prioritize these tasks and manage time accordingly. Candidates need to have good attention to detail, manage content processes effectively, and both collect and interpret metrics to make decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage and track progress on all pieces of content.
* Manage and communicate deadlines
* Manage and track social media programs, including those on Twitter
* Develop and analyze metrics reports across all publishing platforms, with emphasis on extracting valuable insights
* Manage content operations from final piece to publishing (including creating tags, adding related content links, site assignment), and post-production (dissemination by newsletter, social media, internal emails, cross-linking)
* Perform basic upkeep of Web pages, via a Web-based content management system to ensure all content is correct and links are working
* Copyedit e-mail newsletters and articles as needed
* Write content for Web use or editorial e-mails as needed
* Act as a liaison between designers, editors, developers, and freelancers
* Minimum of two years experience in digital publishing, social media and editorial experience (including following a style manual, copyediting, and proofreading for publication)
* PC proficiency in a Windows environment including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in metrics tools and analysis. Familiarity with online content management systems and e-mailing platforms.
